Here's a recipe from one of our customers to cook pork tenderloin (about 1.5 lbs, serves 3-4) using Nobska Farms™ Ghost Pepper Jelly as a marinade on the grill. Results: "WOW!! Nice heat... And save the juice to dip or to pour over rice!"
Ghost Pepper Glaze
1/2 jar of Rooster's Ghost pepper Jelly (about 2 TBS)
1 TBS Worcester Sauce
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1 TBS white wine
Mix all ingredients with a whisk. (Heat jelly 30 sec in microwave if desired to make it easier to mix).
Place ~1.5 lb pork tenderloin in heat proof pan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour glaze over pork and grill for ~ 40 minutes or until done. Can also roast in oven at about 400F about 30-45 minutes. Best to cover with foil to keep it moist while cooking, and pour liquid into glass measuring cup when done. Dip the meat into the "hot glaze meat sauce" when eating for an amazing mouth- feel!!
Thanks to Sharon and Ron for sending in this recipe. We'll be adding it to our collection.
